All tools and apparatuses used for assembly of
components for nuclear power plants must be specialized and
the assembly station should be isolated from others.
Assembly
of components for food and medical sectors has been conducted
in a clean room. The cleanliness of the room is class 10,000,
which means there should be no more than 10,000 dusts of 0.5 mm
or larger per cubic feet of air, or no more than 350 per liter
of air.
For higher level of requirements, assembly is
conducted in a clean bench, cleanliness of which is class 100.
Generally cleanliness level is around 1,000
above clouds, 1,000,000 at business offices, and 5,000,000 in
the city. |
