This valve prevents accidents that may arise from a cylinder suddenly rising in response to the operation of a solenoid valve, etc. 

It has a built-in bleed mechanism to supply air to the cylinder gradually at the initial stage of operation of the cylinder, and by automatically opening the main valve at high speed when the pressure in the cylinder rises enough.
